Experience :
Rotech was registered in March 2002 with primary objective of maintaining rotating equipment in petrochemical and power industries. With a team renowned as experts in this field, it did not take very long that rotech activities got started. Our experience began in September 2002 at Faravaresh BIPC with the responsibility of maintaining the rotating equipment numbering more than 1200 of different kind and sizes of machines. The job continued for three years. In November 2003, Rotech was awarded a contract to maintain Abniro BIPC rotating equipment. A year later the job of maintaining the static equipment as well as rotating machines was also awarded to rotech. Abniro is the utility plant of Bandar Imam complex which consists of: - Power generation unit : Four GT- 13D gas turbine Generators with a power Output of 64 mw each at 48oc - Steam generation unit : Five 300 Ton/hour boilers Generating superheated Steam at 440oc and 48 bar. - Air and Nitrogen generation unit: Three turbine and one motor driven compressor each capable of generating 23000 Nm3/h at 10 bar. Three nitrogen unit. - Water treatment facilities consisting of five trains to satisfy the needs for boilers and the rest of complex. - There are also fuel and cooling facilities in Abniro. It needs to be mentioned that through the satisfaction of our client we still continue to do this job. September 2004, rotech being established as a major company was nominated to be the pre-commissioning & commissioning contractor of Marun Petrochemical Company’s rotating equipment. Being successful in starting up the equipment, we were asked to stay as rotating equipment maintenance contractor where we still continue to do so. Marun is an olefin & poly olefins plant with capacity of producing 1/300/000 Ton/year. Our reputation was appreciated highly in a manner that in May 2005 Rotech was asked to carry out the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of Jam Petrochemical complex. Performing a satisfactory and successful job meant that we thenafter continued to maintain those rotary equipment, which we still do so. Jam Petrochemical Company is the largest olefins & poly olefins plant in the world with the capacity of almost 1/500/000 Ton/year.
